Position Overview:
As a Pharmacy Technician in this Long Term Care facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that residents receive their medications accurately and on time. This day shift position offers the perfect balance for those who prefer daytime hours while making a positive difference in the healthcare of elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage medication inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Package and label medications for distribution to residents in the facility.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare staff to ensure the proper administration of medications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy technician experience
• LTC experience a plus
• MT Pharmacy technician license
