Join a busy Mail Order Specialty Pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician. This role offers a chance to work in a high-paced environment and the opportunity to cross-train for Patient Service Representative (PSR) or Customer Service roles.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Flexibility: Possible weekends required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process prescriptions in a mail order or specialty pharmacy setting.
• Manage high-volume workflows with efficiency and accuracy.
• Cross-train for PSR or Customer Service roles as needed.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure excellent service.

Requirements

• Licensure: Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Experience:
  • At least 2+ years of current or recent pharmacy technician experience.
  • High-volume retail or mail order experience is required.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to different roles when needed.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
