Pharmacy Technician (Dayshift) - Indianapolis, IN

RPH on the go is seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join a high-volume mail order and specialty pharmacy in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves supporting pharmacy operations, and selected candidates may also receive cross-training for PSR (Patient Services Representative)/Customer Service roles.

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Dayshift)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Environment: Mail Order, Specialty Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (possible weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pharmacy Operations: Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications in a high-volume mail order setting.
• Customer Support: (For cross-trained PSR roles) Provide excellent patient support by addressing inquiries, managing orders, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
• Compliance and Accuracy: Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations while ensuring accurate and timely medication delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years' current or recent pharmacy technician experience in high-volume retail or mail order settings.
• Licensure: Active and clear Indiana pharmacy technician license.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
