Retail Pharmacy Technician
Location: Malone, NY
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Shifts: Includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Scope of Responsibilities: As a Retail Pharmacy Technician, you will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, following standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities.
• Accurately enter patient profiles and medication information into the system.
• Ensure proper billing and crediting for each facility on a monthly basis.
• Efficient data entry.
• Occasional travel to individual homes for meetings or drug exchanges may be required.

Experience:

• Preferred: Hospital, Long-term Care, or Retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• 3-6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Job Requirements:

• New York (NY) Pharmacy Technician license.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification.
