Location: Portland, ME
Assignment Duration: 8 Weeks, Temp-to-Perm
Shift: Monday - Friday, Evenings (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM) + Rotating Weekends

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Pharmacy Technicians for an 8-week temporary assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent position in Portland, ME. The role involves working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility during evening shifts, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment. There are 2 open positions available.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare and label prescriptions, ensuring accuracy in medication delivery.
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels of medications and supplies.
• Provide support to the pharmacy team, helping with the safe and efficient flow of medication distribution.
• Rotate through weekends as part of the regular shift schedule.

Requirements:

• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Maine Pharmacy Technician License (easy to obtain if not already licensed).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
Hourly rate is competitive and based on experience.
