Location: Bethlehem, PA
Duration: 12-Week Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Shift: Monday to Friday, Evenings (3:30 PM 11:00 PM), Rotating Weekends

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician with Order Entry experience for a 12-week assignment in Bethlehem, PA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order pharmacy environment, where you ll be responsible for efficiently processing medication orders during the evening shift. The role offers the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Order Entry: Accurately enter prescriptions and medication orders into the pharmacy system.
• Verification: Review and verify medication orders for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• LTC Mail Order Processing: Handle and process medication orders for long-term care facilities, ensuring timely delivery.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
• Customer Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for pharmacy staff, addressing any issues related to medication orders.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician Experience is required.
• Order Entry Experience is essential for this position.
• License: No Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license is required.

Shift Schedule:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM 11:00 PM
• Rotating Weekends: Flexibility to work weekends on a rotating basis is required.

Additional Information:

• Contract Duration: This position is a 12-week temporary assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance.
• Agreement: A signed agreement will be required at the time of hire.
