Pharmacy Technician- Full Time: Long Term Care (Albany, NY)

Join our team at a Long Term Care, Mail Order facility in Albany, NY that promises invaluable experience in pharmacy order entry. This opportunity provides exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Shift: Monday-Friday Swing Shift (10:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process and fill prescription orders for LTC facilities and mail order customers.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Pre-pack medication for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy technician experience.
• Proficiency in reading Physician orders.
• Knowledge of brand and generic names of drugs and SIG Codes.
• Previous experience in pharmacy order entry.
