Pharmacy Technician Inpatient Hospital Chicago IL

We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join our hospital team. This role involves essential pharmacy operations, including batch compounding, crash cart preparation, and Omnicell management.

Schedule:

• Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound medication batches accurately
• Prepare and restock crash carts
• Perform auto cart fill and manage Omnicell inventory
• Assist with general inpatient pharmacy technician duties

Requirements:

• Illinois pharmacy technician license (active and clear)
• PTCB certification required
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Cerner experience preferred (will train)
