Pharmacy Technician Inpatient Hospital Illinois Rotating Shifts (7:30am - 11pm)

RPh on the Go is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for an inpatient hospital setting in Illinois. This is a 13-week full-time contract position with the possibility of an extension or transition to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital pharmacy environments, knowledge of sterile compounding, and experience with crash cart preparation. Start date is ASAP.

Shift Details:

• Monday Friday, rotating shifts between 1st and 2nd shifts (7:30 AM 11:00 PM)

• Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound batches and prepare medications for inpatient use

• Prepare and stock crash carts using Omnicell and auto cart fill systems

• Perform other inpatient pharmacy technician duties as required

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience

• Sterile compounding experience preferred

• Active Illinois pharmacy technician license

• PTCB certification required
