Location: Burr Ridge, IL
Position Type: 12-Week Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift (8:30 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:30 PM)

We re currently seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician IV for a home infusion pharmacy in Burr Ridge, IL. This position involves working in a sterile environment to compound IV antibiotics and solutions. If you have hands-on experience in IV compounding and are looking for a temporary role with potential for growth, this could be an excellent fit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • IV Compounding: Prepare and compound IV antibiotics and solutions in a clean room environment
  • Sterile Environment: Follow strict protocols for maintaining sterility and safety in the clean room
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate preparation of compounded medications
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines for compounding practices

What We re Looking For:

  • Pharmacy Technician Experience: Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • IV Compounding Experience: Hands-on experience in compounding IV medications, specifically antibiotics and solutions
  • Illinois Pharmacy Technician License: Must be currently licensed to practice as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Illinois
