Pharmacy Technician IV Sterile Compounding Troy, OH

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a contract-to-hire position at a long-term care facility in Troy, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician with a strong background in sterile compounding and hospital or LTC experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM with every other weekend
Duration: 13+ weeks Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP

Job Duties:

• Prepare and mix IV medications using sterile techniques

• Accurately calculate doses and fill IV orders

• Maintain cleanroom standards and ensure compliance with USP <797> guidelines

• Assist pharmacists with inventory control and quality assurance

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license in good standing (no negative history)
• PTCB certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of IV sterile compounding experience
• Previous experience in a hospital or LTC setting
