Pharmacy Technician, Mail Order - Dayshift - Grosse Ile Township, MI

RPH on the go is looking for a reliable and motivated Pharmacy Technician who is eager to learn and grow with a mail-order pharmacy team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, from inventory management to prescription processing, ensuring efficient operations in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Closed-Door Mail Order Facility
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Ordering and receiving medications and supplements, Organizing inventory for maximum efficiency, Tracking medication usage and maintaining stock levels.

Prescription Processing: Processing prescription refills and entering new prescriptions, Creating and managing packet jobs using the Euclid Packet Machine.

Customer Service: Answering phone calls and addressing patient requests, Resolving issues and responding to emails, Providing pricing information for packets and supplements.

Data Entry and Reporting: Daily reporting and logging packages, Updating overnight shipping logs, pharmacy orders, and patient demographics.

Occasional Tasks: Compounding and drawing up syringes, Delivering packages to FedEx/UPS drop-off locations, Retrieving packages from USPS PO Box.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven pharmacy technician experience.
• Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License.
• Reliability and a willingness to learn new processes.
