We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a closed-door mail-order pharmacy setting. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual seeking a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Ordering and receiving medications and supplements.
• Organizing inventory efficiently and tracking usage.

• Prescription Processing:
• Entering new prescriptions and processing refills.
• Creating and running new packet jobs using the Euclid Packet Machine.
• Customer Service:
• Answering phones, responding to emails, and resolving patient issues.
• Providing pricing information for packets and supplements.
• Reporting and Data Entry:
• Daily reporting, logging packages, and updating patient demographics.
• Managing overnight shipping logs and pharmacy orders.
• Occasional Tasks:
• Compounding and drawing up syringes.
• Delivering packages to FedEx/UPS drop-off locations and retrieving USPS packages.

  Requirements:
• Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License.
• Proven pharmacy technician experience in a similar setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
