Location: Portland, ME
Position Type: 8-Week Temp Assignment (with potential for permanent hire)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with rotating weekends

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our team in Portland, ME for an 8-week temporary assignment, with the possibility to transition to a permanent position. This role is based in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, and you will be working mid-shift hours. 2 positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist team with the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
• Accurately label, package, and verify prescriptions.
• Ensure proper medication storage and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate medication distribution.
• Rotate through weekends as part of the regular shift schedule.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Technician required.
• Maine Pharmacy Technician License (can be easily obtained if not currently licensed).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
