RPh on The Go is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for an 8-week contract position with a Long Term Care mail order pharmacy in Overland Park, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for techs with pharmacy experience looking for steady mid-shift hours in a closed-door environment.

Assignment Length:
8-week contract

Schedule:
Monday Friday, Mid Shift: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Rotating weekends: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Work Setting:
Long Term Care Mail Order Pharmacy

Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician will assist in medication preparation, prescription processing, and inventory tasks in a high-volume, closed-door pharmacy. Mid-shift flexibility and LTC experience are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with order entry, prescription prep, and labeling
Maintain accurate medication inventory
Organize and restock shelves and supplies
Support pharmacists and fellow technicians with daily workflow
Adhere to pharmacy protocols, HIPAA, and safety standards
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
Active Kansas Pharmacy Technician license
Previous pharmacy technician experience required
Long Term Care or mail order experience preferred
Willingness to work mid-shifts and rotating weekends
