Job Description: Hospital Pharmacy Technician (Temp to Hire)

Position Overview:
RPh on the Go is seeking a Hospital Pharmacy Technician for a temp-to-hire role. The ideal candidate should have hospital pharmacy experience, though training will be provided for specific systems and tasks.

Key Duties:

• Filling medication orders using EPIC (training provided)
• Medication delivery within the hospital
• Auto cart filling
• Operating OmniCell systems (training provided)

Shift Details:

• Rotating 1st and 2nd shifts
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• Monday to Friday with rotating weekends

Requirements:

• Preferred: Hospital pharmacy technician experience
• Training available for: EPIC and OmniCell systems
• Optional but beneficial: IV preparation experience
• Licensing: Louisiana pharmacy technician license
• Preferred but not required: PTCB certification (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
