Position: Temp-to-Perm (12 Weeks)
Shift: Mid Shift, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Rotating Weekends
Environment: Long-Term Care (LTC)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for an Order Entry position in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves working mid shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM with rotating weekends. The initial assignment is for 12 weeks with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and enter medication orders for long-term care patients.
• Verify prescription information and ensure correct medication dispensing.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication orders.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of medication orders and transactions.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards for pharmacy practice.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• Valid New Mexico Pharmacy Technician License.
