Job Opportunity: Pharmacy Technician (Part-Time, 8 Weeks) Cincinnati, Ohio

Assignment Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (20 hours per week)

Our client is seeking a pharmacy technician to provide immediate support until a permanent hire is made. There is potential for the position to transition from temporary to permanent if the candidate is a good fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the pharmacist in serving patients and maintaining the pharmacy department.
• Greet customers and address their inquiries.
• Receive and validate prescriptions.
• Process prescriptions electronically, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve issues, such as rejected insurance claims.
• Select and measure dosages for medication fulfillment.
• Sort, stock, label medications, and monitor inventory levels.

Requirements:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician license in Ohio.
• Previous retail or pharmacy experience is preferred.
