Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pharmacy Technician Patient Services Representative to work with one of our clients in Davison, Michigan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and supporting the pharmacy team in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Process prescription orders and refill requests
Verify insurance coverage and process claims
Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications
Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy inventory
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient needs are met
Provide education and guidance to patients on medication use and adherence

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program preferred
Active Pharmacy Technician license in Michigan
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
