Pharmacy Technician (Pharmacy Service Specialist) - Remote (Must be Located In North Dakota)
We are seeking a Pharmacy Service Specialist to support community pharmacies in optimizing their use of clinical trial software systems. This remote role involves troubleshooting, guiding pharmacy staff through technical issues, and delivering customer-focused support to enhance pharmacy workflows. Ideal candidates will be proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for improving pharmacy operations through technology. Training and equipment will be provided.
Location: Remote (Must reside in North Dakota)
Term of Assignment: 13+ weeks, with potential for permanent placement
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot for Pharmacies: Provide expert assistance to community pharmacies, helping them resolve software issues and optimize system use.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Address inbound technical or account-related calls from pharmacies with a customer-focused approach.
- Proactive Support: Conduct outbound calls to check in with pharmacies, ensuring continuous support and addressing potential issues.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active ND State Pharmacy Technician license
- Remote Experience: Previous experience working remotely in a home office or quiet workspace without interruptions
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn and navigate the client s software systems
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication with a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented to provide effective support across a range of technical issues
