Assignment Specifics:

- 13+ weeks temp to perm
- Shift: 9:00am 5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Assist Pharmacies with Troubleshooting: Provide expert support to community pharmacies, helping them troubleshoot issues and maximize their experience with our software systems.
- Handle Inbound Support Calls: Respond to inbound calls from pharmacies, addressing any technical or account-related questions with a customer-focused approach.
- Proactively Reach Out to Pharmacies: Conduct outbound calls to check in with pharmacies, ensuring they have ongoing support and addressing any potential issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Licensure: ND State Pharmacy Technician License
- Computer Literacy: Must possess strong computer skills and be highly comfortable navigating digital platforms. This role requires an individual who can quickly adapt to and master the client s company's software systems to provide expert-level support to pharmacies.
- Fast Learner: Candidates should be capable of rapidly learning their proprietary systems through comprehensive training and must be able to troubleshoot effectively to address any issues pharmacies may encounter in their portal.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Must be a clear and effective communicator with a pleasant speaking voice. A passion for customer service is essential, as this role involves building positive relationships with pharmacy staff and delivering support with patience and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and resourceful approach is essential for providing timely, effective support across a range of technical issues.
- Must have previous remote experience
- Home office is preferred or quiet work space with no interruptions.
