Pharmacy Technician PSR (Patient Services Rep)
Position Type: Temporary (13-week assignment) with the potential for permanent placement
Work Environment: Join our dynamic team in a home infusion and mail order pharmacy setting. We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to fulfill the role of a Patient Services Rep (PSR). In this position, you will handle client calls, perform data entry, and work in a welcoming office environment.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (flexible hours, overtime as needed)
Job Duties:

• Handle incoming client calls and inquiries
• Accurate data entry to ensure seamless operations
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Assist with multitasking in a fast-paced pharmacy setting

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy technician experience
• Exceptional data entry and communication skills
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Active North Carolina pharmacy technician license
