Location: North Dakota (Must be a resident of ND)
Term: 13+ weeks, Temp-to-Perm
Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

A clinical trials company, partnering with community pharmacies nationwide, is seeking a Pharmacy Service Specialist to support pharmacies in optimizing their use of client software systems. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service and technical support, not working as a traditional Pharmacy Technician. If you are tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and passionate about improving pharmacy workflows with innovative software, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting Assistance: Support community pharmacies in resolving technical issues and maximizing the use of software systems.
  • Inbound Support Calls: Answer calls from pharmacies, offering customer-focused, solution-driven support for any technical or account-related inquiries.
  • Outbound Support Calls: Proactively reach out to pharmacies to offer ongoing assistance, check in on their system usage, and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Build positive relationships with pharmacy staff by offering support with professionalism, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Must hold an active North Dakota State Pharmacy Technician License.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating digital platforms and learning new software systems quickly. Must be able to adapt to proprietary systems and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Customer Service Skills: Passion for delivering exceptional service to pharmacy staff, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools through training, and effectively support pharmacies in using the software.

Additional Information:

  • Training & Equipment Provided: All necessary training on software systems and equipment will be provided.
  • NDA: If hired, candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Salary: Salary offers will be based on experience; all compensation offers will be considered.
