Job Title: Sterile Compounding -Pharmacy Technician

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Shift: Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday Friday)

We are seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a full-time opportunity with regular daytime hours and the potential for direct hire for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding under USP 797 guidelines.
• Accurately measure, mix, and label sterile products, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Follow aseptic technique protocols to maintain product sterility.
• Manage and maintain cleanroom supplies and equipment.
• Work closely with pharmacists to support patient care and ensure timely preparation of compounded medications.
• Adhere to pharmacy policies, procedures, and Ohio Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sterile compounding.
• Knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 regulations.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and cleanroom procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
