Pharmacy Technician Sterile Compounding Experience Required Cleveland

A Long-Term Care Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated IV Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a 13+ week assignment with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• Every 3rd weekend rotation

Duties Include:

• Accurately compound and prepare IV medications
• Calculate precise doses and ensure proper sterile technique
• Fill IV orders and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations
• Collaborate with the IV Manager to meet daily operational goals

Requirements:

• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license with no negative history
• PTCB certification required
• A minimum of 2 years of IV sterile compounding experience
• Previous experience in hospital or long-term care settings

Assignment Details:

• 13+ weeks, temp-to-perm opportunity
