Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician
Location: Coconut Creek, FL
Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, either 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Local Candidates Only

Requirements:

• Florida Pharmacy Technician License
• 1+ years of recent experience as a pharmacy technician with a focus on sterile compounding preferred
• Consideration will be given to candidates with no sterile compounding experience but possessing 3+ years of recent pharmacy experience
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred

Responsibilities: As a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective preparation of sterile medications. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the pharmacist in sterile compounding activities
• Compounding, pulling, and labeling supplies for the clean room
• Ensuring compliance with 797 standards to maintain aseptic conditions
