Pharmacy Technician Temp to Permanent Hire

Join our pharmacy team as a technician specializing in packaging, labeling, and stocking medications. Your attention to detail and experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy will ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare medications manually or using automated equipment.
• Label drug containers according to department standards.
• Manage inventory, ensuring shelves are stocked appropriately.
• Use QS1 PrimeRx and DocuTrack systems for workflow management.
• Adhere to all state and federal drug laws and organizational policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NY Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• At least 1 year of recent pharmacy technician experience.
• Prior experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy is a must.
• PTCB certification is a plus.
