Shift: Rotating 1st and 2nd shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - First Shift: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotating weekends)

Job Overview:
RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team, working within a long-term care setting. This position offers an opportunity to grow into a permanent role, providing pharmaceutical support for patients requiring extended care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy in dosage and medication distribution.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely delivery of medications.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of pharmacy work.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Required:

• Pharmacy Technician experience (long-term care experience preferred but not required).
• Active Virginia Pharmacy Technician license.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as required.
