Pharmacy Technician Virginia

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for an evening shift position in a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail-order pharmacy in Virginia. This role is a 12-week contract with the potential for direct hire. The ideal candidate will have previous pharmacy technician experience, with LTC experience being a plus.

Shift: Evenings (1:30pm - 11:00pm), Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekends
Assignment Duration: 12 weeks with a chance for direct hire

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications
• Perform order entry and manage medication inventory
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and protocols
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient operations

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy technician experience
• LTC experience (a plus)
• Active Virginia Pharmacy Technician License
