Pharmacy Technician/Buyer - Hospital - Reno, NV

RPh on the Go is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to add to our team in Reno, Nevada. This is a 13+ week contract position and we are actively interviewing to start on the dates listed below.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8-430pm

Essential Duties:

• Receiving medication orders, measuring quantities, counting tablets, and creating compounded medications
• Labeling medication bottles
• Recording required data into the pharmacy system
• Working with other healthcare professionals
• Delivering emergency medications to patient rooms or the patient care unit
• Sourcing and purchasing medications and supplies from vendors
• Ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing waste, and managing outdated prescriptions

Required:

• NV License clear and active
• At least 2 years of recent inpatient experience
• Sterile Compounding experience
• Must have Covid Vaccination
