Pharmacy Technician/Buyer Position Nevada

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician/Buyer for a full-time position in Reno, Nevada! Enjoy excellent hours with a Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Position Requirements:

• License: Active and clear Nevada Pharmacy Technician license.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Skills: Sterile compounding experience required.
• Vaccination: Must be Covid vaccinated.

Key Duties:

• Receive medication orders, measure quantities, count tablets, and create compounded medications.
• Label medication bottles and record required data in the pharmacy system.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and deliver emergency medications to patient rooms or patient care units.
• Source and purchase drugs and supplies from vendors.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, minimize waste, and manage outdated prescriptions.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technician with a commitment to high-quality patient care and effective pharmacy management.
