Are you an experienced Order Entry Pharmacy Technician seeking a full-time, long-term opportunity with a growing company? RPh on the Go is actively hiring multiple Central Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians for a modern, state-of-the-art facility in Dayton, OH. This is a direct-hire opportunity in a long-term care pharmacy setting, with multiple shifts available to accommodate your schedule.
Position Details:
- Full-time, direct-hire opportunity
- Long-term care pharmacy setting
- Modern facility with a growing company
- Multiple shifts available:
- 1st shift: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- 2nd shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
- 3rd shift: 10:30 PM 7:00 AM
- Urgently hiring multiple openings
Responsibilities:
- Efficient and accurate order entry of prescriptions and patient data
- Identifying and troubleshooting prescription or patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring timely and precise input of prescription and patient information
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals and maintain workflow efficiency
- Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Ohio State Pharmacy Technician license in good standing (no negative history)
- Previous experience in Pharmacy Order Entry required
- Strong computer skills with the ability to efficiently navigate pharmacy software systems
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
- Strong math and analytical skills, particularly for calculations
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a long-term care pharmacy preferred
