Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Pharmacist (PIC or Staff) Temp-to-Perm at Specialty Pharmacy in Bryan, TX!

Position: Pharmacist (PIC or Staff)
Location: Bryan, TX
Duration: 13+ weeks with potential for permanent placement
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Your Role:

• Oversee pharmacy operations, including staff management and inventory oversight.
• Ensure all pharmacy practices comply with local laws and regulations.
• Provide clinical insights and conduct thorough medication therapy assessments.
• Partner with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Supervise the compounding, dispensing, and patient counseling of medications.
• Track medication usage and advocate for cost-effective prescribing.
• Stay current on emerging medications and regulatory changes, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

What We re Looking For:

• PharmD degree and an active pharmacist license.
• A minimum of 3 years in a pharmacy role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform effectively in a busy setting.
