Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Full-Time)


Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to lead operations at a brand-new 503b facility in Plant City, Florida. This facility is part of a trusted and growing closed-door specialty pharmacy network, with its main hub in West Palm Beach. The new Plant City location will focus on a variety of compounded medications, including hormone replacement therapies, weight-loss treatments, anti-aging solutions, and other custom formulas.

We re seeking a candidate with strong sterile compounding experience who is ready to take on a leadership role. You will help shape the future of the new facility and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in sterile compounding.


Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a diverse team, including pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff.
  • Maintain and oversee compliance with cGMP standards, ensuring all records are accurately documented.
  • Review batch records, prepare documentation for regulatory compliance, and ensure quality control processes are followed.
  • Guide and support staff in adhering to state, federal, and local pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Participate in employee management, including hiring, training, and performance reviews, with CEO/President approval.
  • Manage the compounding of medications as necessary, ensuring all processes meet the highest standards.

What We re Looking For:

  • Active Pharmacist license in Florida.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in sterile compounding, specifically with injectables and powdered medications.
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines and regulatory compliance in pharmacy practice.
