Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Long-Term Care Pharmacist to join our team in Overland Park, KS. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care for our long-term care residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final verifications of medication orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards of practice.
• Provide consultation and education to nursing staff and residents regarding medication management.

Requirements:

• Active Kansas Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Long-Term Care (LTC).
• Proficiency with CPR+ or similar computer systems.
