Duties

• Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide patient counseling to address medication-related queries.

Schedule/Shift

• Dates: January 31, February 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14.
• Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• Licensing: Must hold an active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing with no negative history.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail or LTC settings is preferred.
