PRN Pharmacist Inpatient Setting Lamar, CO

RPh on the Go is searching for a Pharmacist to join our team on a PRN basis in Lamar, CO. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with a minimum of 6+ months of inpatient experience who is looking for flexible, on-call work. The pharmacist will provide essential medication management services in an inpatient hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and dispense medication orders in an inpatient setting.
• Ensure proper medication therapy management, including monitoring for drug interactions, allergies, and dosage appropriateness.
• Provide clinical support and advice to medical staff on drug therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure the safe handling of controlled substances.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing.
• 6+ months of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Ability to work PRN, on-call shifts as needed.
