PRN Pharmacist Needed Local Retail Pharmacies in Rowland, North Carolina

RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and flexible PRN Pharmacist to join our team and provide exceptional care at three local retail pharmacies in Rowland, North Carolina. This is a per diem position, offering you the opportunity to work on an as-needed basis, covering shifts and ensuring consistent, quality service to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent pharmaceutical care to patients at three different retail locations in Rowland.
• Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions.
• Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am-12:00pm
• Must be flexible to cover needed shifts

Qualifications:

• NC State Pharmacist license
• Must be flexible with schedule and shifts schedules to meet clients and pharmacy needs
• Experience with Computer RX or Transaction Data Systems would be preferred but not required
• BLS
• Certified Immunizer
