Per Diem Pharmacist Opportunity

RPH on the go is looking for a Per Diem Pharmacist to join our Specialty Retail Pharmacy team for two days of coverage. This pharmacy focuses on providing specialized packaging for nursing homes, ensuring excellent care and precise medication management. The assignment includes shifts at two nearby locations in Illinois.

Duties:

• Verify prescriptions to ensure accurate filling and dispensing
• Provide patient counseling on medication use and answer any questions

Schedule/Shift:

• Dates: November 13 and 15
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Requirements:

• Active Illinois State Pharmacist License
