PRN Pharmacist - West Lafayette, IN

RPH on the go is seeking a PRN Pharmacist for coverage on January 31st, February 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, and 14th in West Lafayette, IN. This is a Per Diem opportunity at an independent/LTC pharmacy, ideal for a licensed pharmacist with prior retail or long-term care experience.

Duties

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use and safety.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

Schedule/Shift

• Pharmacy Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Per Diem dates: January 31st, February 5th, 6th, 7th, 12th, 13th, and 14th.

Requirements

• Active Indiana State Pharmacist license in good standing with no negative history.
• Previous experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy preferred.
