PRN Retail Pharmacist San Antonio, TX

We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacist for PRN coverage at a busy independent pharmacy in San Antonio, TX. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with retail experience who can supervise pharmacy operations and step in during the specified dates.

Location: San Antonio, TX
Term: PRN Coverage from 10/28-11/1 and 11/5-11/8

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9am - 5:30pm
• Wednesday, Thursday: 9am - 8:30pm
• Saturday: 9am - 2pm (rotational shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient consultations and medication counseling
• Oversee pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and procedures
• Utilize Micro Merchant (experience with the system is a plus but not required)

Required Qualifications:

• Active Texas State Pharmacist license with no negative history
• 2+ years of recent retail supervising pharmacy experience
• Per Diem availability (no new graduates)
