PRN Staff Pharmacist Independent Pharmacy Setting Montgomery, AL

We are seeking a licensed and experienced pharmacist to join a specialty retail pharmacy in Montgomery, AL on a PRN basis. This is a great opportunity to be part of a newly opened location backed by a well-established company that values a close-knit, supportive environment. Flexibility is key, as coverage will be scheduled with 1 2 months advance notice, and additional shifts may also be available in Dothan, AL for those interested.

Pharmacy Hours:
Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am 12:00pm
Closed on weekends

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify prescriptions in a high-volume setting

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians

• Ensure all dispensing and workflow processes align with professional standards

What We re Looking For:

• Active Alabama Pharmacist license in good standing

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a retail pharmacy setting

• Strong leadership skills and comfort managing a small team

• Familiarity with PioneerRx is a plus

• Specialty or independent pharmacy experience is strongly preferred
