Production Pharmacist - Owings Mills, Maryland (No Weekends)

RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Production Pharmacist for a full-time contract position in Owings Mills, Maryland. This assignment is expected to last 8 weeks to 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. We are looking for a pharmacist with strong clinical expertise and prior non-retail pharmacy experience. Candidates with retail-only backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, compounding, and verification of medications

• Utilize clinical knowledge to ensure accuracy and patient safety

• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and technicians to maintain compliance with regulatory standards

• Monitor production workflow, inventory levels, and scheduling efficiency

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Maryland Pharmacist license

• Proven clinical background (hospital, infusion, or long-term care experience preferred)

• Experience in a production or compounding pharmacy environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to succeed in a high-volume setting

• Retail-only experience is not eligible for this position
