Location: Remote with travel to various locations

Shift:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (may vary with business needs)

Position Overview:
RPH on the go is seeking a Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee operations for multiple pharmacy locations across the listed regions. This is a remote position requiring travel to these sites, ensuring efficient operations, compliance, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at multiple pharmacy locations, focusing on quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, profit and loss statements, and cost control strategies.
• Lead and develop pharmacy teams to ensure exceptional service and operational success.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Travel to pharmacy locations as needed for on-site management and support.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD degree.
• 5+ years of pharmacy management experience (mail order or retail).
• Experience with budgeting and profit/loss management.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacy licensure in additional states as required.
