Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Hours may vary based on operational needs)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee pharmacy operations across multiple locations. This remote role requires frequent travel to key sites, ensuring smooth operational workflow and compliance across mail order and specialty pharmacy settings. Ideal candidates will have a proven background in pharmacy management with experience in both mail order and retail pharmacy environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to pharmacy regulations and quality assurance standards.
  • Manage and optimize profit and loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and operational performance.
  • Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Lead and mentor pharmacy teams, providing leadership and direction for sustained growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, obtaining additional pharmacy licenses as required for new locations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operational strategies with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • PharmD degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy management with hands-on experience in mail order or retail pharmacy.
  • Expertise in managing P&L statements and budgeting for pharmacy operations.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and quality assurance programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop multi-location teams.
  • Willingness to travel and obtain additional pharmacy licensure in multiple states.
