An inpatient rehab and LTAC hospital in Denver is seeking a dependable and experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract. This role is ideal for pharmacists looking to make an immediate impact in a clinical setting focused on patient recovery and long-term care.

Assignment Overview:

• Start: ASAP

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Shift: Day shift, 36 40 hours/week

• Weekdays: 10-hour shifts

• Weekends: 6-hour shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify physician orders for accuracy and safety

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians

• Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments

• Consult with physicians, nurses, and care teams

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Pharmacist license (in good standing)

• Recent inpatient hospital experience is required

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

• Comfortable with acute and long-term care workflows
