RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Service Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacy professional who wants to make a difference in patient care and pharmacy support from the comfort of their own home. As a Pharmacy Service Specialist, you ll play a crucial role in supporting pharmacy operations and ensuring high-quality service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service and support to patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Assist with medication-related inquiries, patient follow-ups, and medication delivery coordination.
• Process prescription refills, transfers, and prior authorizations accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize various software systems for data entry, tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Shift:

• 9:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

• ND State Pharmacy Technician License
• Must have previous remote experience
• Computer Literacy
• Fast Learner: Candidates should be capable of rapidly learning their proprietary systems
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Problem-Solving Skills
