Remote Pharmacy Technician - Full Time - North Dakota

RPh on the Go is hiring a licensed pharmacy technician for a full-time remote Pharmacy Service Specialist position. This 13+ week temp-to-perm position requires residency in North Dakota and will run Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Pharmacy Service Specialist will support community pharmacies nationwide by helping optimize their use of the client s software, troubleshooting, and providing top-tier customer service.

Duties:

• Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting and software optimization
• Handle inbound support calls to address technical and account-related inquiries
• Conduct proactive outreach to pharmacies to ensure continuous support

Requirements:

• Active North Dakota Pharmacy Technician License
• Strong computer skills and comfort with digital platforms
• Quick learner with an ability to troubleshoot effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving
