Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (10:00 AM 6:00 PM)
No Weekends Required!

Position Summary:
Join a well-established Retail Compounding Pharmacy in Decatur, Texas as a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians, ensuring workflow is efficient and accurate.

• Conduct spot checks for non-sterile compounding to maintain quality standards.

• Perform final verifications of compounded medications before dispensing.

• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and safety precautions.

Team Support:

• 1 Full-Time Pharmacy Technician

• 1 Part-Time Pharmacy Technician

• 1 PRN Pharmacy Technician

Software Used:

• LibertyRx (training provided if you re not already familiar)

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Active TX Pharmacist License in good standing.

• Non-sterile compounding experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• LibertyRx experience is a plus; however, we re happy to train you on the system.
