Work Schedule: 3-4 Days Per Week (Ongoing)

Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM 7 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM 6 PM

Shift Details:
We are looking for a dedicated pharmacist to fill 8-hour shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the flexibility to rotate weekends as needed.

Position Highlights: As a pharmacist, you will play a vital role in both retail and Long-Term Care (LTC) settings, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, patient education, and contributing to the overall well-being of those you serve. You will also work with a dynamic healthcare team to ensure optimal care for patients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Dispensing medications in a timely and accurate manner
• Handling medication prepacks in Long-Term Care environments
• Offering medication therapy management and counseling to patients
• Administering vaccines as part of patient care services
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient health outcomes
• Overseeing pharmacy inventory and ensuring its proper management
• Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in Retail and LTC pharmacy preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a pharmacist
• Immunization training certification required
• Must hold an active, clear CT Pharmacist License
